1. How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by going through the following steps:

• Go to My Orders Page
• Go to the order you want to cancel
• Click the Cancel button for the item you want to cancel
• Select the reason for cancellation
• Click Submit

2. When will I get my refund?

Once the online order has been canceled, you will get the refund in your source account

3. Will I be charged any cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee involved.
